For use in salads.
- 1 cup olive oil (recommended: 100% extra virgin)
- 1/2 or 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp basil (optional)
- and 1/2 tsp rosemary (optional)
- a pinch or two of salt
To Make: Combine all ingredients and mix well.
