This one is a really easy recipe. They can be eaten right out of the bowl. The resulting juice also adds a relaxing flavor to tea and herbal tea, and can be added to hot water to make hot lemonade, a delicious throat soother.
- 2 whole lemons
- 1/2 cup honey (Raw Honey is recommended for best results.)
To Make: Scrub lemons. Rinse well and slice. Soak in honey on the counter for a few hours. Keep in the refrigerator.
You can use the juice in a hot (or cold) drink, and can eat the lemons.
