- around 15 dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup roasted almonds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp carob powder
- Saute (around low to medium heat) the dates in the coconut milk until the coconut milk is absorbed.
- Blend together all ingredients until smooth.
Fri spreads this on bread. She let me try some. It’s delicious!
