- 4 Tbsp cumin
- 2 Tbsp chilli powder
- 2 Tbsp ground or rubbed sage
- 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
When you go to add this to taco seasoning, mix in 1-2 Tbs of oil (I recommend 100% extra virgin olive oil) and 1/4-1/2 cup non-dairy (soy/almond/etc) milk or water, and to mix well into a paste to pour over whatever you will use it, if you intend to use it all to season something for tacos. To lightly season other foods, I think it’s safe to just sprinkle this or add a pinch or two (or dash it onto) food.
This makes about 85% of a cup, give or take a little.
