Haha. Please don’t get mad at me…
This makes 1 serving of soup. It’s quick, easy, and you can make it anywhere that you have a cup/bowl and microwave. The ingredients on the can seem to be healthier and more natural than the ingredients on (at least most) regular tomato soups, too.
- 2 cans V8 vegetable juice
- salt (optional)
- Rinse off and open cans.
- Pour juice into a cup or bowl.
- Microwave 1-2 minutes, until juice is bubbly hot.
- Add salt, to taste (optional).
You can eat it with a spoon or drink it. It’s better as a soup than as a juice. Bread, crackers, pretzels, or a sandwich could make it a meal, too.
