Kiwi Apple Smoothie

Cool. Creamy. Refreshing. Delicious! This also adds a boost of energy.

wake-up-juiceIngredients:

  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced in half (or sliced in half with fruit scooped out of peel)
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced into at least 4 slices
  • 2 very ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 1-2 cup(s) (or at least enough to get the fruit blending) unsweetened almond milk

To Make:

Blend all ingredients together.
