- 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced in half (or sliced in half with fruit scooped out of peel)
- 1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced into at least 4 slices
- 2 very ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
- 1-2 cup(s) (or at least enough to get the fruit blending) unsweetened almond milk
Blend all ingredients together.
