- 1 can of coconut milk
- 3-4 lemons
- 4-6 Tbsp (or around 1/4 of a cup) raw honey, more if needed
- 7 Tbsp chia seeds
To Make: Squeeze the juice out of the lemons. Strain out the seeds. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Add more honey if not sweet enough, more lemons if not lemony enough. Cover and let chill in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
