- 1-2 banana(s), peeled
- 4-6 thick peach slices (maybe amounting to about/at least one large or medium peach, sliced with pit removed)
- 1-2 cups raspberries
- 1/2-1 cup cherries (We used sweet cherries.)
- 1/2-1 cup strawberries
- vegan milk (soy, almond, coconut, cashew, and/or water. I used both soy milk and water.)
- 1/2-1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
You may like to add other berries, too, such as blackberries and/or blueberries. All of our fruit (except the banana) was frozen, though we would have used frozen banana if we had it. Not all of your fruit has to be frozen. This would also make a nice puree.
To Make: Combine all ingredients in a blender. You can use just enough liquid to get the fruit blending and make a sorbet, or you may use more and make a smoothie/shake. I recommend starting with 1 cup and working your way up as more liquid is desired.
It’s delicious! Try it with chia seeds and/or grated or shredded coconut.
