Honey Peanut Spread

Like honey roasted peanut butter or peanut butter with honey, but different and not really peanut butter. It’s good on bread, though.


  • about 1/4-1/2 cup peanuts
  • about 1-2 or 3 Tbsp vegan milk (I used coconut milk.)
  • about 1/2-1 Tbsp honey

To Make:

  1. Crush peanuts. I used a mortar and pestle.
  2. Mix with vegan milk and honey. Start with the smaller amount of vegan milk and use just enough to make a spread. Use the honey to hold it together a little bit better.

Recommended: eat it within 3 days of making, especially if using vegan milk that does not contain preservatives, which is what I recommend.
