Banana Split Shake (and Other Variations of Banana Milk)

To make banana flavored milk, blend one or two ripe bananas with a glass of soy or almond milk. To make a banana carob (like chocolate) milk, add one or two tablespoonfuls of carob powder and (if you’re not gluten intolerant) Roma or some other herb coffee substitute and a tablespoon or two of maple syrup or honey. You can also add some peanut butter for extra chocolatyness.

To make strawberry banana milk, add a few fresh, ripe strawberries. For banana split milk, add some dried pineapple, carob powder with coffee substitute and sweetener or carob chips, and maybe add some cherries into the mix or use them as a garnish (along with some peanuts).

Use frozen bananas, and you’ve got yourself one delicious milkshake.
