Crumble a block of tofu. Add thinly sliced/finely chopped celery and thinly sliced/finely chopped onion. You can also add thinly sliced/finely chopped sweet peppers.
Mix everything together with vegan chicken-style seasoning, spanish paprika and turmeric. If you’re not sure how much to use, for 1 block of tofu, start with 1-2 Tbsp of chicken style seasoning, 1-2 tsp of paprika, and 1 tsp of turmeric. Mix well with a little olive oil (about 1/2-1 Tbsp. Taste and add more seasonings if needed.
Chill (if desired) and spread on bread. If you do not eat tofu without heating it/cooking it first, you can warm up the tofu in a little water or oil before adding the seasonings, and then chill it in the refrigerator if you like your tofu salad cold.
