Creamy Seaweed Noodles

  • about 1/2 cup of water
  • about 180 ml of soy or other non-dairy milk (I used a soymilk product from Thailand that was sweetened and also contained rice germ.)
  • about 1/2 bulb of garlic
  • 5 g of roasted seaweed (I used laver.)
  • about 1 tablespoon full of dried basil leaves
  • two  or three pinches of Italian seasoning
  • two or three pinches of salt
  • olive oil
  • 2 or 3 blocks of instant noodles

To Make: Peel and mince the garlic. Add everything except the oil and noodles to a pot and bring it to a boil. Add olive oil (about 1 tsp) and lower the heat. Stir occasionally. Watch your pot or it might bubble up and spill over–making a big mess. Boil for about 5 minutes or until the garlic is soft. Add noodles. Make sure all the noodles are in the sauce. Cover the pot and let it sit until the noodles have absorbed the sauce.

Enjoy ^_^.
